Shipping & Returns
Every print is made to order for you and shipped straight to your door. The same policies are also on their own pages: Shipping and Returns & Refunds.
Shipping
- Where we ship: addresses in the United States only (including APO/FPO where the carrier accepts them). Online checkout accepts US addresses only. For anywhere else, email vorodenis6@gmail.com before ordering.
- Cost: standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. The shipping line at checkout always shows $0.00. There are no extra handling fees.
- Processing (handling) time: 3–5 business days. Every print is made to order for you by our professional US fine-art print lab, then packed and shipped.
- Transit time: usually 3–7 business days after it ships, by standard ground service (USPS, UPS or FedEx, chosen by the lab).
- Total: most orders arrive 6–12 business days after you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.
- Tracking: when your order ships, we email you the tracking number.
- Gifts: enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout and the print ships straight to them.
- Lost or late packages: if your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, email us and we’ll work with the carrier and send a free replacement or a full refund.
Returns & refunds
- Damaged, defective or misprinted prints: 30 days. If your print arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, email vorodenis6@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the print (and the packaging, if it was damaged in shipping). You choose a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid. You don’t need to send the print back, and you never pay return shipping.
- Change of mind or wrong size: because every print is made to order just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size choice. Not sure which size is right? Email us before you order and we’ll gladly help, or see our size guide.
- Cancellations: email us within 24 hours of ordering. If your print hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll cancel the order and refund it in full.
- How refunds are paid: approved refunds are issued within 3 business days to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer usually shows the refund within 5–10 business days.
- Custom commissions: nothing is printed until you approve the preview. After you approve it, the same damaged/defective/misprint coverage applies.
