Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to make and deliver your art. This policy covers Sparrows Art Studio, operated by PNW CONSULT LLC.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, shipping address, any note you add, and the prints you order. These are collected on our secure checkout, which is run by Stripe.
- Payment details: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, phone or through the commission form.
- Site usage: pages viewed and items added to the cart, through cookies and similar tools (see below).
How we use it
- To make, ship and support your order, and to send receipts and order updates.
- To answer your questions and commission requests.
- To understand which art people love and to show our ads to people likely to enjoy it.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), our print lab and shipping carriers (to print and deliver your order), Cloudflare (website hosting), and advertising and analytics partners Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and ads
Our site uses the Meta Pixel and Google tags to measure visits and purchases and to show relevant ads. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences and Google ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing vorodenis6@gmail.com. We keep order records only as long as needed for the order, taxes and accounting.
Children
Our shop is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
